Heraeus solder spheres are characterized by smooth, clean surfaces and tight size distribution. The product range includes spheres from 300 μm down to 50 μm. The outcome of our fully automatic manufacturing process are spheres of an unique quality, confirmed by the high expertise of our control lab. This enables us to produce solder spheres with the highest consistency and a Cpk > 1.33. The uniform microstructure and the well controlled oxidation level of the surface gives you best wetting results after the reflow. Supported by a group of scientist we are able to produce special alloys and sizes on request.
